Parent Volunteer Programme
In order to be eligible for the Registration in the Phase 2B in the Primary One Registration Exercise, parents must join the school as a Parent Volunteer (PV) at least 1 year before the Registration Exercise and fulfil at least 40 hours of PV service before the P1 Registration starts.
The Parent Volunteer Programme (PVP) for 2020 Primary One Intake is closed for registration.

1. Who can participate in the 2018 Primary One Registration Exercise?
Children born between 2 January 2012 and 1 January 2013 (both dates inclusive) can participate in the 2018 Primary One Registration Exercise for admission to Primary One Classes in 2019.
2. When is the Primary One Registration Exercise conducted?
The Primary One Registration Exercise is conducted from July to August.
3. How do I register my child for P1 in Anderson Primary School?
Parents should refer to the registration phases and procedures to find out which phase their children are eligible for, how to register and the documents required for registration.
Primary One Internet System for Registration
MOE has introduced the Primary One Internet System (P1-IS) to all primary schools since 2014. The P1-IS serves as an alternate channel to facilitate the registration of children during Phase 2C and Phase 2C Supplementary. To register online via the P1-IS, both Parents’ SingPass are required. From 5 July 2016 onwards, all e-government transactions will require 2-Step Verification, otherwise known as Two Factor Authentication (2FA). For more information, please click here . Parents who register online will have to produce the originals of each required document to the school the child is successfully registered when requested by the school or upon reporting to the school. Parents who do not wish to use the P1-IS to register their child can continue to do so by going to their school of choice for registration.
4. How many P1 vacancies will be offered by Anderson Primary School?
The P1 vacancies for each phase for every primary school will only be made available in June each year before the commencement of the Primary One Registration Exercise.
5. How do I qualify for priority registration in Phase 2A2?
Children whose parent or sibling have studied at Anderson Primary School, Ang Mo Kio North Primary School, Li Hua Primary School and Hong Dao Primary School, are eligible for P1 Registration in Phase 2A2.
The former pupil of the above-mentioned four schools has to present either the PSLE certificate or primary school report book to be eligible. Former pupils who have lost their PSLE Certificate may purchase a "Statement of Results" from the Ministry of Education Customer Service Centre at 1 North Buona Vista Drive, Singapore 138675. The contact number for the Customer Service Centre is 6872-2220.The operating hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (on Mondays to Fridays) and 8:30 am to 12:30 pm (on Saturdays). The "Statement of Results" costs S$10.00 per copy. A levy of S$2.00 and S$5.00 will be charged if you would like the Statement of Results to be mailed to your local address or overseas address respectively.
6. Can I join Anderson Primary School as a Parent Volunteer for priority registration in Phase 2B?
In order to be eligible for the Registration in the Phase 2B in the Primary One Registration Exercise, parents must join the school as a Parent Volunteer (PV) at least 1 year before the Registration Exercise and fulfil at least 40 hours of PV service by 30th June before the P1 Registration starts.
